Recommended to consume within 3 days after opening. Keeps well for 3 weeks if left unopened in freezer at -18°C). Please refer to best-before date on packaging at the bottom of each pint.
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP MY CHUFFLES FOR?
For the best experience, please consume our Chuffles within an hour after receiving them. Keep in room temperature if needed.
DO YOU DO SAME-DAY DELIVERY?
We do not do same-day delivery for orders placed in our online store, which requires 3 working days to fulfil. However, you can order via our food delivery platforms Deliveroo and GrabFood, which will resume operations starting 09 June, from 1:00pm-7:30pm. Please note that we are closed on Mondays.
For self-collection on the same day, GrabFood has a self-collection feature that you can choose. You can opt to come to our café and place an order during operating hours.
Please note that Sunday Folks will not be accepting any in-store transactions and payments to abide with government measures to reduce human contact. Any forceful action can be reported to the government.
HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Once all orders have been paid for, they can no longer be modified and changed. This is because all orders are sent to our internal operations team for preparation.
CAN I WRITE IN TO RESERVE ITEMS THAT ARE CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK?
Sorry! We do not accept any reservation or pre-order requests. We would like to give everyone a fair chance to purchase our offerings.

WHAT IF THIS IS FOR A GIFT?
As our cakes and ice creams are perishable items, we encourage you to let the recipient know about the delivery. Otherwise, this will be deemed as an unsuccessful delivery and you will either need to schedule for a redelivery, pick-up at Sunday Folks, or depending whether we have used a courier, the items will have to be disposed.
WILL SUNDAY FOLKS BE OPEN FOR DINE-IN DURING THIS PHASE 2 (HEIGHTENED MEASURES) PERIOD?
From 11 Aug (Wed), our café operating hours are as follows:
Tuesday – Friday: 1pm – 10pm
Saturday & Sunday: 12pm – 10pm
Closed on Mondays.
