- Ordering & Delivery -

Do you do same-day delivery?
We require at least 3-4 working days in advance for all orders placed online. For same-day deliveries, do check out food delivery platforms Deliveroo, GrabFood and foodpanda.

What are your delivery rates like? 
We offer free Singapore islandwide delivery for orders $100 and above; otherwise, a delivery fee of $15 applies for orders $20 and above. For orders under $20, a fee of $18 applies. You can also opt for self-collection at our Holland Village or ION Orchard outlet.

What are your delivery timings like?
Upon checking out, you will be prompted to select a timeframe. We are currently not offering specific timings delivery.

Can I still make changes to my order once it has been placed?
Once all orders have been finalised and paid for, they can no longer be modified and exchanged.

What happens if there is no one to receive my order upon delivery?
As our cakes and ice creams are perishable items, we encourage you to let the recipient know about the delivery. For deliveries that are unsuccessful, you may opt to pick up your order at our Holland Village or ION Orchard outlet. Otherwise, you may also arrange a redelivery with us for a fee of $18.

How long can I keep my ice cream for?
We recommend to consume our artisanal ice creams within 3 days after opening. Keeps well for 3 weeks if left unopened in freezer at -18°C. Please refer to best-before date on packaging at the bottom of each pint.

How long can I keep whole cake for?
Our whole cakes are best consumed on day of purchase for optimum freshness.

How long can I keep waffles for?
Each pack of our Sunday Folks Waffles comes with 4 slices and each package has an expiry date labelled on it. If left unopened and stored in the freezer, it could last until the expiry date. Please open when ready to use. Heating instructions can be found on the packaging wrap-around, or you can also refer to the video here.

Is Sunday Folks Halal?
Sunday Folks is not halal-certified. However, we use plant-based stabilisers and steer away from animal-based ones. Do keep on a lookout as some of our products contain alcohol. 

Do you have ice creams that do not contain eggs or nuts in them?
Yes, we do! We list out allergens such as eggs, nuts, and gluten in our product description.

Do you do reservations?
You can make your table booking via Chope to skip the queue, but kindly note that a $15 minimum spend per head applies.
