The Scent
Orchids smell best in the morning hours when the light is bright. The fragrance catches your attention with a strong citrus smell that sweetens over time, inviting you into a land of steamy jungles hiding half the world's endangered wildlife. Wandering in the thick of the jungle, leaving trails of crushed grass and rummage foliage behind. Sprightly and revitalising.

The Story
In the Democratic Republic of Congo, refugees from armed conflict are forced to live off the land with severe impacts to forests and wildlife. Palm oil plantations and other commercial agriculture operations are a growing threat, putting greater pressure on the Congo’s forests and rivers.

About Pass It On Candles
While on a trip to Australia's Great Barrier Reef, Michelle Chow was both astounded by its beauty amidst the destruction and saddened by the dire state of our planet’s largest coral reef. Thankfully, areas such as Lady Elliot Island are still very much protected and many new initiatives and sustainable resorts have been sprouting up to conserve what's left of the Great Barrier
Reef. Despite the efforts of many, Michelle felt that more could and had to be done.
Pass It On candles pay tribute to iconic travel destinations that are endangered due to climate change. Every Pass It On candle is made of zero-waste packaging. Candle holders are designed to be easily repurposed as planting pots, packaging labels are made of biodegradable seed-infused paper and our boxes are made only with corrugated cardboard, zero plastic used.
In addition, for every purchase of a Pass It On candle, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Eden Reforestation Projects to plant 10 trees in West Bali, Indonesia.
